Took a chance on these, as some reviews pointed out some flaws. My lamps showed up in good shape- no dings, no dents, and no tears. Also, all 4 charging ports work fine. Went together easy enough. Hardest part was removing the safety wrapping, on the lamp shades. I used Phillips 417063, which provide 550 lumens at 2700k. They are on the bedside tables, in the spare bedroom, and create a relaxing atmosphere for my guests. The simple on/off switch on the base is handy I don't know if they will last, but if they do make it a few years, they're worth the money.New bedroom lamps & go great with decorExpected a larger lampWHEN I ORDERED THE LAMPS, I THOUGHT I WAS ONLY GETTING 1. IMAGINE MY SURPRISE WHEN THE BOX HAD 2 IN IT. THE PRICE IS GREAT! AROUND $65 FOR BOTH OF THEM. I LOVE THEM. THEY ARE BLACK METAL. I CHOSE THE WHITE SHADE. I REALLY LIKE THE BUILT IN PLUG AND USB PORTS ON THE BASE OF THE LAMP. THEY ARE BOTH IN MY LIVING ROOM AND THE LIGHTING IS PERFECT. I AM VERY, VERY HAPPY.The first pair that I ordered had one that failed after about a week. The light bulb flickered wildly. I replaced the bulb three times to ascertain if the problem was the bulb or the lamp. I returned the pair for a replacement which came rapidly. So far, after a month, both lamps work fine. I wish the ucb ports were in the back but it's a minor cosmetic issue for me.Easy assembly. Seems to be of good quality. Usb ports are a bonusThese lamps are very nice; just what I ordered.This are wonderful! I used a 40w bulb and it gives off the perfect amount of light. I love getting to charge my phone and my Apple Watch from my lamp and my computer from the wall outlet. A nice saver for me. Would definitely recommend these. Would be great in a guest bedroom as well.We love these lamps for our bedside tables.
